Precautions

• Use of nicotine, alcohol, or caffeine within 30 minutes prior
• Exercise or other strenuous activities
• Taking an earlier reading
• Taking a reading with a full bladder

To get accurate results:

• Put the wrist sleeve 1cm away from left hand
• Left palm upwards, and the machine is on the same level of heart
